THE CONTRACT

The following is a set of terms and conditions that relate to the online shopping facility for signed copies of Sandra Danby’s books. They form a legally binding contract between Sandra Danby, and you The Customer.  It is very important that you have read through and fully agree with all of the below before placing your order.

PRIVACY

Our sole interest is to supply customers with the signed copy of the book they require, we therefore do not disclose any information supplied to us by you to any third parties.  All information is collected for the purpose of invoicing and delivery.  By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website.

PAYMENT

Credit/Debit Cards: Goods will be despatched only when authorisation has been given for full payment by your card issuer.

In the event of any payment failure, you will be notified via e-mail and asked to provide an alternative method of payment before any goods are despatched.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We deliver anywhere within the UK at the rate that shows in the checkout.

DAMAGED GOODS

When you receive your order it is essential that you check thoroughly for damage before signing for the goods. If you sign for goods as “received in good condition” and later discover that they are damaged, we cannot process a claim through our carrier.

RETURNS

Returned goods policy and procedure:
All signed copies are signed according to the details you have entered onto the order form.  We are therefore unable to accept return of personalised books as all orders are bespoke.  

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS  

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

LAW

The Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
